What's the Free Shipping* Raffle?
We know our customers can't get enough of free stuff, so we're doing a special raffle every month just for our Comfort Club members. All active members will get 1 entry into the raffle and we'll randomly pick a winner for the Free Shipping discount code (up to $50)!!
What will the sample box include?
We'll offer a few different versions for your loved ones to choose from, but it will be sample sizes of different products that we have on our store. We want to give them a taste of the Comfort Eats experience.
Can I share my membership code?
Unfortunately no. Since this is your membership we'll tie the discount code to your account and address. But your friends can get their own membership in order to get in on these deals :-D!
What if I sign up in the middle of the month?
The membership will always start at the beginning of the month. So if you sign up before the 1st of the month, your membership will become active on the 1st of the next month.
Ex. You sign up on October 12th, your membership will become active on November 1st.
Why is there a waitlist?
We really care about your experience and we want to work out the kinks before expanding it to more people. But once we know that people love the membership, watch out world!
When will I get notified that I was selected to join the club?
We'll be adding people to the Comfort Club on a rolling basis, so keep an eye out for a special edition email ;-) .
What happens if I cancel?
You will get a cancellation email confirming your decision, but you will still access to the discount promo code until the end of that month.
How do I cancel?
In your monthly membership email there will be a link to initiate the cancellation process. The process can take up to 76hrs so we recommend initiating the process at least 7 days before the beginning of the next month. We hate to see you go, but we understand that sometimes you need to take a break and come on back in the future.
I want to switch plans, how do I do that?
